Your memorial gift will directly support our mission to assist families to purchase equipment (not covered by insurance) to enhance quality of life and promote health and mobility of children with special health care needs.
When your gift is received we will send a letter to the person or family indicated to let them know of your thoughtful donation without revealing the amount. Your gift is tax deductible, and you will receive an acknowledgement of your donation.
